Bella Bushby

Bella volunteered within the HIV sector before starting her position with Positive Life NSW as Communication and Policy Officer in August 2018.  She has a strong passion for social justice and education within the sexual health sector, with an interest in breaking down discrimination and supporting ways to improve health outcomes for people living with HIV (PLHIV).

Bella brings a focus in promoting gender equality and supporting greater sexual health among young people, trans and gender diverse people living with HIV, and women living with HIV. She has a strong interest in promoting positive mental health.  Bella graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) in June 2018.
